JU-JITSU - (MIXED OF JUDO/KARATE//AIKIDO/COMBAT/ETC)

JU - JITSU  is based on take downs throw, holds and locks. locks.

The Instructor must teach the co-ordination of  blocking techniques with foot movements anticipating the attack and following the force for holding/locking to take down or throw.

If the right techniques of throw is taught then it is easy for the opponent to practice and easy & safe.

Better to teach the techniques in parts,Many Instructor has the habit of using excess force while teaching techniques.

If we do make mistake accidents can occur while practicing this art.

You should always learn to do techniques with less pressure than with force, body movements speed which will help you to turn a techniques to deadly techniques.

Always be cool and clam while practicing ju-jitsu techniques.
